TWISTED SISTER Singer DEE SNIDER Remembers Late MOTÖRHEAD Frontman - “I Love You LEMMY”; Video

Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister passed away yesterday (December 28th) from an extremely aggressive cancer, four days after his 70th birthday. Lemmy will always have a special place in the heart of Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider as he recalls being saved by the hellraiser in a situation where the band nearly soiled their pants. Check out the video report from Artisan News below:

”Motörhead is over, of course. Lemmy was Motörhead. But the band will live on in the memories of many,” drummer Mikkey Dee told Sweden’s Expressen in a telephone interview.

The band, founded 1975 in London, will cease touring and record no further records following Lemmy’s death, according to Mikkey.

”We won’t be doing any more tours or anything. And there won’t be any more records. But the brand survives, and Lemmy lives on in the hearts of everyone.”
