“Arv” degli Asmegin è un disco folk metal, con qualche elemento viking qua e là, come tanti altri. A dirla tutta, purtroppo per la band, mi è parso anche peggiore rispetto alla media, soprattutto a causa di un cantato femminile che non mi ha convinto per niente e della poca incisività dei pezzi. Non ha poi aiutato la furbata della casa discografica di sovrapporre ai pezzi una voce che ricorda continuamente che si sta ascoltando un promo del disco in questione (abitudine che sta prendendo sempre più piede e che trovo veramente fastidiosa e deleteria).
Insomma, di motivi per consigliarvi questo disco non ne trovo proprio, nemmeno se vi piace il genere, infatti ci sono tanti album folk/viking migliori e non comprendo davvero il motivo delle positivissime recensioni che ho letto in giro.
