TOOL has added five more dates to the band’s summer North American tour, including stops in St. Paul, Minnesota and Canadian gigs in Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver. According to The Pulse Of Radio, the tour will now end with a concert at the legendary Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington. The shows in George, Edmonton and Calgary will be the group’s first in those cities in more than a decade, while their stops in St. Paul and Vancouver will mark the first time since 2010 that the band is performing in both towns.

The trek kicks off on May 24 in Fairfax, Virginia and will include several festival stops in addition to headlining dates.

The band’s headlining spot at the Governor’s Ball in New York City will be the band’s first Big Apple gig in 11 years.

The group has promised an “unparalleled sonic and visual experience” for fans who come to the shows.

It is unknown whether TOOL will debut any new music on the upcoming run of shows. The band has been working on its first new album since 2006, but has not hinted yet at a release date or any other info.
