Sharon Osbourne has told Variety that she is working on a number of new projects, including a book about “infidelity and what it does to people,” which she’s shopping to publishers, and a film about her early courtship with her husband, legendary BLACK SABBATH singer Ozzy Osbourne.

“It starts the day we meet and will focus on how our lives were totally different but very similar in ways: I was brought up by a powerful, successful father”— the late, famously tough BLACK SABBATH, SMALL FACES and ELO manager Don Arden — “and Ozzy was brought up extremely poor and somewhat abused,” she said of the drama, currently in the scripting phase. “It’s definitely going to be a tearjerker. It’s not going to be a sex-and-drugs movie at all. Ozzy is so much more than that. I would hate to be a cliché.”

In August of 2016, Ozzy apologized to the women he had sexual relationships with and admitted to undergoing therapy for sex addiction. His statement came out in the wake of the first interview given by Michelle Pugh, the celebrity hairstylist whose four-year affair was discovered by Sharon and nearly ended their 36-year marriage.

Ozzy‘s affair with Pugh was exposed in May 2016 after Sharon learned of the mistress by searching through his e-mails.

Sharon told the British paper The Telegraph in September that Ozzy wasn’t cheating with just one woman. “There were six of them,” she said. “Some fucking Russian teenager… then a masseuse in England… our masseuse out here in Los Angeles… and then our cook. He had women in different countries. Basically, if you’re a woman giving Ozzy either a back rub or a trolley of food, God help you.”

When asked by Hello! last year how he got things “back on track” with Sharon, Ozzy said: “To be honest with you, it’s only been recently that Sharon‘s been properly with me. I’ve damaged our relationship. But I promised her that I would stick with my sex addiction therapy. I don’t want to be that person anymore. I’ve been doing my utmost to make amends to Sharon and to all of the family.”
