Fan filmed video is available from last Wednesday’s Sound Check Live at Lucky Strike in Hollywood. Featured guest Rudy Sarzo played in various hand selected lineups in a storytellers / career retrospective type of set which also featured brother Robert Sarzo (Hurricane), Glen Sobel (Alice Cooper, Richie Sambora), Steve Ferlazzo (Drama Gods, Avril Lavigne), Dewey Bragg (Kill Devil Hill), Chas West (Bonham), Howie Simon (Jeff Scott Soto, Talisman), Devin Bronson (Avril Lavigne) and others.
The set began with Randy Rhoads-era Quiet Riot songs “Back To The Coast” and “Killer Girls”, then proceeded through several other bands Sarzo has been an integral part of such as Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake, Dio, and more. Sarzo also performed on a Dramagods tune “Megaton” originally penned by Extreme axeman and Dramagods founder Nuno Bettencourt.
