According to TMZ, Jack Osbourne has apologized for allegedly punching the new boyfriend of his estranged wife.
The 32-year-old son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne and his wife of six years, Lisa Osbourne, began arguing late Monday (July 30) at their once-shared home in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles when her new love interest arrived.
Insiders tell the site that Jack lost his temper because he had no idea she was dating anyone and allegedly hit the guy in the head when he tried to intervene before quickly leaving the scene. A short time later, Jack reportedly called to say sorry and Lisa‘s new boyfriend accepted the apology.
Although the police were called and a battery report was taken, it doesn’t appear that Jack will face any criminal charges as he is refusing to cooperate with authorities and the alleged victim doesn’t want to press charges.
Lisa filed for divorce from Jack in May. According to court documents, she is seeking joint and physical custody of their three daughters: Pearl, 6, Andy, 3, and Minnie, 5 months. She has also requested spousal support.
