MOTOGRATER To Hit The Studio In January

Motograter have announced the recording of their long-awaited sophomore album, which has yet to be titled. The album is tentatively slated for production in January of 2016.

Ahrue Luster from Machine Head and Ill Nino will be overseeing production and handling all engineering duties.

Guitarist, Matthew “Nuke” Nunes states: “ We are all really fucking proud of this new material… proud and grateful for the opportunity to finally see the second official Motograter record come to light.”

Motograter have announced a $10,000 crowdfunding campaign through GoFundMe.com, as part of an online pre-order, which can be found here.

This marks the band’s first official, full-length release since their 2003, self-titled album, Motograter, released through Elektra/No Name. The album features former vocalist Ivan Moody, who departed from the band in 2006 to front, Five Finger Death Punch. The band now features James Anthony Legion on vocals, formerly of The Breathing Process and Deadform.

Motograter recently released a new music video, featuring the track, “Portrait Of Decay”. The song is just one of the many to be featured on the bands’ upcoming full-length album, which has yet to be titled.
