EVO To Perform Guest Vocals On Upcoming WURZEL EP; Also Features MOTÖRHEAD’s Lemmy Kilmister

After almost 21 years, Evo (ex-The Blood, Angelic Upstarts, Warfare) has made a brief return to the music scene and will perform a lead guest vocal on a forthcoming 4-track EP from late Motörhead guitarist Michael ‘Wurzel’ Burston. The EP also features Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister on one track doing vocals and bass.

These were the last four songs that Wurzel composed prior to his untimely death almost four years ago.

Also, Evo and Algy Ward (Tank, The Damned) will release a 6-track EP on High Roller label next month, then a 13 track Warfare album entitled Noise Noise Noise (The Long Lost Demos), also on High Roller.

Further details are forthcoming.

Michael “Wurzel” Burston (pictured below) was with Motörhead for nine albums between 1985 – 1995, and died on July 9th, 2011 from ventricular fibrillation caused by heart muscle disease (cardiomyopathy), at the age of 61.
