Mi dispiace, ma secondo me non ci siamo. Questo “The Master Clockwork” è un lavoro autoprodotto che giunge dalla Svezia (terra solitamente ricca di realtà interessanti), ma non mi ha convinto molto. I Cain propongono una miscela di thrash, power ed heavy con qualche “infiltrazione” elettronica, nessuno dei 9 pezzi mi è sembrato però degno di nota. Ascoltare il cd dall’inizio alla fine diverse volte per poter scrivere queste righe mi ha infatti annoiato, inoltre a peggiorare il tutto ho trovato il cantante piuttosto fastidioso. Qualche idea qua e là, soprattutto nella seconda metà del disco, porta “The Master Clockwork” a prendere una risicata sufficienza, tuttavia mi pare che di lavoro da fare ce ne sia ancora parecchio (anche se ammetto che le sonorità proposte non sono tra le mie preferite).
