Ormai se ne parla ovunque della possibile chiusura di Wikipedia a causa del decreto legge sulle intercettazioni che si sta discutendo in queste ore, oltre ad una più che discutibile proposta sulle intercettazioni anche il web ne viene fortemente colpito al COMMA 29:
“Per i siti informatici, ivi compresi i giornali quotidiani e periodici diffusi per via telematica, le dichiarazioni o le rettifiche sono pubblicate, entro quarantotto ore dalla richiesta, con le stesse caratteristiche grafiche, la stessa metodologia di accesso al sito e la stessa visibilità della notizia cui si riferiscono.”
Di conseguenza, come chiaramente riportato da Wikipedia:
Quindi, in base al comma 29, chiunque si sentirà offeso da un contenuto presente su un blog, su una testata giornalistica on-line […] potrà arrogarsi il diritto — indipendentemente dalla veridicità delle informazioni ritenute offensive— di chiedere l’introduzione di una “rettifica”, volta a contraddire e smentire detti contenuti, anche a dispetto delle fonti presenti.
Tutto questo andrebbe ad intaccare fortemente anche Heavy-Metal.it poichè diventerebbe improponibile dover pubblicare degli articoli dove si è obbligati ad inserire rettifiche a valanga ogni volta che si esprime una propria opinione giornalistica, distruggendo un diritto inviolabile di opinione e la propria indipendenza da qualsiasi etichetta, distributore e promoter che ci ha sempre contraddistinti.
Il giornalismo ad alti livelli è il cane da guardia della politica ed ora stanno riprovando a mettergli la museruola.
