According to the New York Post, AEROSMITH singer Steven Tyler will perform at the private reception for Hollywood movie producer Ryan Kavanaugh and his model fiancée Jessica Roffey when they exchange vows on March 13.
Kavanaugh and Roffey plan to tie the knot in a California beach ceremony, after which they will celebrate their nuptials with a reception at Nobu Malibu, where Tyler will play a full set, according to the New York Post.
Tyler recently revealed to RollingStone.com that he cut what he calls a “dark, smoky backroom rendition” of the band’s classic track “Janie’s Got A Gun” for “Jane Got A Gun”, an upcoming American action-drama western film directed by Gavin O’Connor and written by Brian Duffield. The film stars Natalie Portman as Jane Hammond, Ewan McGregor as John Bishop, Joel Edgerton as Dan Frost, and Rodrigo Santoro as Fitchum. The film is produced by Handsomecharlie Films, Scott Pictures, Boise Schiller Film Group, and Straight Up Films. It was shot in Santa Fe, New Mexico and is scheduled for a September 4 release.
Tyler — who in October 2014 signed with Larry Rudolph and Rebecca Lambrecht of Rudolph’s ReignDeer Entertainment (BRITNEY SPEARS, MILEY CYRUS) for management — is said to be in the early stages of planning a solo album.
