Metal United Down Under 2015 – Lineups Almost Complete

Metal United Down Under (MUDU) is an event with shows in 16 cities across Australia under the same banner in one united night of metal on October 10.

Most MUDU lineups are complete and 129 bands are part of this massive event currently. There are a few more still to come.

Bundaberg added party metal with Lagerstein who are touring Australia with Alestorm later this year. In Canberra, black metallers Chud have put together a dark show with Penetrated, Imperilment, Avascular Necrosis and Dubbo’s Trollgasm.

After moving venues a couple of times, Gladstone is now all set with a great lineup featuring Gold Coast groovers Azreal, stoners The Black Swamp and progressive metallers Red In Tooth.

Melbourne added Voros from Adelaide who are just releasing their album and signed to Truth Inc Records.

In Newcastle MetalCastle Promotions have been busy as well. For MUDU they have gathered top local bands like The Seer and Our Last Enemy.

Albury/Wodonga had already In Malice’s Wake and ViperLove on board. They are now joined by Sudden State and Envenomed as well as locals As Flesh Decays.

Wollongong’s line up has changed slightly and Daemon Pyre who recently toured Indonesia is now headliner.

There is also an official MUDU t-shirt which is available for presale in Sydney, Darwin, Bundaberg and Hobart. Several tickets can be already purchased on presale: Brisbane via Oztix, Hobart via Centertainment and Melbourne via Moshtix.
