COMUNICATO STAMPA
Terminata la fase delle selezioni del concorso, ecco le 4 band che si esibiranno per la finale nazionale.
Il giorno 11 maggio 2014, la giuria interna del W:O:A Metal Battle Italy ha esaminato e valutato tutte le band iscritte al concorso in base al materiale da esse inviato in fase di iscrizione e a decretato le 4 band che accedono alla fase finale del concorso. Passano dunque il primo girone Dewfall (Death/Black Metal), Andromeda (Groove Metal), Crying Steel (Power Metal) e Tales Of Deliria (Melodic Death Metal). Queste band si sfideranno dal vivo Sabato 17 maggio presso il locale denominato Crazy Diamond sito a Massafra (in provincia di Taranto) in via Pisanelli n°19.
La serata sarà aperta al pubblico a partire dalle ore 19:30 ad INGRESSO GRATUITO e prevede anche la partecipazione di una band locale ospite fuori concorso: i Berath (Gothic Metal).
Le band verranno osservate e valutate da una Giuria composta di 3 elementi: un rappresentante dell’organizzazione del Metal Battle, un discografico ed un critico musicale, dal cui insindacabile giudizio scaturirà una unica band che rappresenterà l’Italia nella FINALE INTERNAZIONALE del concorso sul prestigiosissimo palco del celeberrimo festival Heavy Metal Wacken Open Air che si terrà dal 31 luglio al 2 agosto 2014 nell’omonima cittadella al nord della Germania. Qui la band vincitrice del Metal Battle Italy sfiderà dal vivo tutte le altre band (circa 30) vincitrici dei rispettivi Metal Battle delle altre nazioni
partecipanti.
