Roadrunner/604 recording group THEORY OF A DEADMAN has released a soulful cover of Sting‘s “Shape Of My Heart”. THEORY OF A DEADMAN‘s take on the track, which originally appeared on Sting‘s 1993 album “Ten Summoner’s Tales”, is streaming on the band’s official YouTube channel and is available at all DSPs.

“Shape Of My Heart” follows THEORY OF A DEADMAN‘s previously released cover of the late Leonard Cohen‘s “Hallelujah”. The song, which Cohen tracked for his 1984 album “Various Positions”, was re-recorded by fellow Canadians THEORY OF DEADMAN prior to Cohen‘s passing to honor the profound impact and influence of his art. An official video for THEORY OF A DEADMAN‘s version of “Hallelujah” is streaming now on the band’s official YouTube channel.

THEORY OF A DEADMAN is currently in London, England working on its sixth full-length album and the follow-up to 2014’s “Savages”. “Savages” made a spectacular debut, landing at No. 1 on Billboard‘s Hard Rock Albums chart and at No. 8 on The Billboard 200. “Savages” marked the band’s second straight Top 10 debut on The Billboard 200 as well as their third consecutive No. 1 Hard Rock album.

THEORY OF A DEADMAN is: Tyler Connolly (lead vocals, lead guitar), David Brenner (rhythm guitar), Dean Back (bass) and Joey Dandeneau (drums).
