Hot on the heels of his acclaimed 2014 solo album, “Silent Assassins”, SYMPHONY X bassist Mike LePond will rejoin his first professional band HEATHEN’S RAGE for three “reunion” shows in April.
Joining LePond will be original RAGE members Rob Warner (guitar) and Chris Teresyn (drums). Vocalist for the shows will be Alan Tecchio (HADES, NON-FICTION, WATCHTOWER), who appeared on “Silent Assassins”.
Formed in 1983, HEATHEN’S RAGE was a staple on the New Jersey and new York club scene. They released two EPs — “Heathen’s Rage” in 1986 and “Fight Til The End” in 1988.
The band’s catalog, including a number of demo tracks recorded between 1984 and 1988, was recently re-released via Greece’s No Remorse Records. “Knights Of Steel: The Anthology” is available as a 2-CD set as well as on vinyl.
