SLIPKNOT Guitarist Mick Thomson Stabbed In Head During Knife Fight With Brother

According to a report from Des Moines Register, Slipknot guitarist Mick Thomson (41) was stabbed in the back of the head by his brother, Andrew Thomson (35), during a knife fight early Wednesday morning (March 11th).

The brothers were transported to hospital with serious injuries. Clive police reported that the pair were fighting and armed with knives in the front yard of a home in the 1900 block of Northwest 129th Street about 4:25 AM.

At first the brothers were fighting inside the home, but moved outside after it got physical. When officers arrived, they found the brothers, both apparently drunk, with serious but not life-threatening stab wounds. Both were transported to local hospitals in separate ambulances.

No charges have currently been pressed. Stay tuned for updates.
