Il nuovo album dei Saxon si intitola “Sacrifice” e verrà pubblicato il 22 febbraio 2013. Di seguito il commento del frontman Biff Byford:
“Le indicazioni che ho dato alla band sono di essere grezzi, di essere veri e di non aver paura di quardare al passato come fonte di ispirazione”
L’album è stato registrato presso gli LS Studios nello Yorkshire ed è stato prodotto dallo stesso Byford con Andy Sneap e mixato da Jacky Lehmann.
Byford ha aggiunto: “La gente mi chiede se questo sarà il nostro ultimo album e il nostro ultimo tour: non lo sappiamo ancora, vedremo come va”.
