PAPA ROACH have announced a special run of five shows in its home state of California to celebrate the release of the band’s forthcoming 10th studio album. The group will close out this run with three very special shows at the landmark West Hollywood venue The Roxy, presented by SiriusXM.

Singer Jacoby Shaddix said: “It’s been so long since we’ve done some real intimate shows like this in California — since 2009, in fact. We can’t wait to show our California fans a bit of love they deserve. Sacto, S.F., L.A., they’re all in for a treat.”

“Goin’ Back To Cali” tour dates:

Jan. 18 – Sacramento, CA @ Ace Of Spades
Jan. 19 – San Francisco, CA @ Regency Ballroom
Jan. 22 – West Hollywood, CA @ The Roxy
Jan. 23 – West Hollywood, CA @ The Roxy
Jan. 24 – West Hollywood, CA @ The Roxy

Tickets for these special PAPA ROACH shows will be on sale beginning on Friday, November 9.

PAPA ROACH guitarist Jerry Horton recently confirmed to the Milwaukee radio station 102.9 The Hog that the band’s tenth studio album will arrive in January. The follow-up to 2017’s “Crooked Teeth” will include the songs “Renegade Music” and “Who Do You Trust?”, which were released last month.

Horton previously told Morgan Richards Interviews that PAPA ROACH‘s new material sees him and his bandmates “really trying to explore more dynamics and not just be a wall of guitars all the time.”

Shaddix described the musical direction of the new PAPA ROACH songs to the Lazer 103.3 radio station as “a pretty bold evolution,” saying that the tracks that have been laid down so far are “so inspiring and just unique and different and rocking and anthemic and passionate.”

PAPA ROACH will set out on a December tour to various military bases in Asia. The band will also join SHINEDOWN and ASKING ALEXANDRIA on the 2019 North American leg of the “Attention! Attention!” world tour.
