Korn frontman Jonathan Davis recently spoke with The You Rock Foundation on camera about his anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD, schizophrenia, and substance abuse. More importantly, he discusses what helped him through it, explaining how much medication, therapy, exercise, and creative outlets for self-expression like music make a difference.
