iHeartMedia will present an album-release party with DISTURBED at the iHeartRadio Theater in New York on October 19 at 7 p.m. EST. The band will perform music from its new album, “Evolution”, due out October 19 via Reprise Records, including lead single “Are You Ready”, which is No. 1 on Billboard‘s Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart for the third consecutive week, with over five million Spotify streams and a companion video with more than five million YouTube views. It’s the band’s 12th No. 1 single and the fastest chart-climber of the group’s career.

The exclusive 60-minute live event will feature an intimate performance and question-and-answer session, hosted by James Howard. The event will stream on iHeartRadio‘s official YouTube channel at 7 p.m. EST and on iHeartRadio.com/Disturbed at 7 p.m. local time. The event will also broadcast live across iHeartMedia‘s rock stations and select alternative stations at 7 p.m. local time and on iHeartRadio, iHeartMedia‘s all-in-one digital music and live streaming radio service.

Like 2015’s “Immortalized”, DISTURBED‘s new album was recorded at The Hideout Recording Studio in Las Vegas, Nevada with producer Kevin Churko.

“Immortalized” ended a four-year hiatus for the quartet and became the group’s fifth consecutive No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200, earned a platinum certification, and yielded a triple-platinum crossover smash, a cover of SIMON & GARFUNKEL‘s “The Sound Of Silence”. DISTURBED‘s version earned a Grammy nomination for “Best Rock Performance”.

In a recent interview with United Rock Nations radio station, DISTURBED singer David Draiman stated about “Evolution”: ” From a stylistic standpoint, songs like ‘Are You Ready’, ‘Hold On To Memories’, ‘Already Gone’ came about because in a post-‘Sound Of Silence’ world, we feel very comfortable going in any direction we choose at any given point in time. There are no limitations; there’s no specific definition to what we are; and it’s given us the confidence to really spread our wings quite a bit. The results are on this record.”
