BUCKCHERRY has released the third music video from its latest album, “Warpaint”. The track “Right Now” is the disc’s second official single, following the arrival of “Bent” earlier in the year.

The MMA-themed “Right Now” video was filmed at the Affliction Training Center in Seal Beach, California and was directed by Billy Jayne. The clip follows various fighters throughout their training regimen and sparring sessions as they attempt to achieve notoriety in the highly competitive MMA universe.

“Warpaint” was released on March 8 via Century Media/RED Music. The 12-song disc, featuring 11 new BUCKCHERRY songs along with a cover of the NINE INCH NAILS classic “Head Like A Hole”, was produced by Mike Plotnikoff, whose last collaboration with the band was the platinum-certified album “15”.

Leg two of BUCKCHERRY‘s “Warpaint” North American tour kicked off on May 18 in Waco, Texas and will run through August 15 in Kansas City. JOYOUS WOLF, which supported BUCKCHERRY on leg one, remains on the bill on most of the leg-two dates. BUCKCHERRY will also open for AEROSMITH in Shakopee, Minnesota and be direct support for NICKELBACK for two shows in Ravinia, Illinois.

Speaking about BUCKCHERRY‘s longevity, singer Josh Todd told the Greenville Journal: “The whole time we’ve been together, we’ve never really been a mainstream act. When we dropped our first record, a lot of those rap-rock bands or bands like WEEZER were really popular, and we haven’t been mainstream since. And sometimes it’s served us and sometimes it hasn’t. I think the whole point of it is that you have to be passionate about what you do, and you’ve got to be relentless in your approach, and that’s our philosophy. Plus, we’ve based our reputation on our live show, and that’s something that’s never going away.”
